“Hi, my name is Carole Marsh! I am a native Georgian and a resident of Peachtree City.
Some of you know me for different reasons:

•As the creator and author of Carole Marsh Mysteries, which features many of your children, grandchildren, students or neighbor kids as characters!

•As the wife of Bob Longmeyer! We live on Walt Banks Road and are members of Peachtree City United Methodist Church.

•As Founder and CEO of Gallopade International, publisher of educational products of all types used in schools and libraries around the nation and sold in many fine bookstores, museums, and historic sites.

I have created Peachtree City Press as a way to showcase my favorite books, special Peachtree City topics (many in development!), Georgia books, and other books that may be of interest to you.

Over time, you will see this website grow and change as new books are written—perhaps some by you! In the meantime, if you care to order books from me and would like them autographed, please just let us know. If you prefer to purchase books you see from our faithful local Omega Books, Peachtree City Education Station, Books-a-Million, Barnes & Noble, Scott’s in Newnan, and School Box stores, please do so.

My sincere goal is to help build a community of readers. I truly believe that the way to instill a high interest in and love for history, geography, biography, reading, and travel is to encourage young readers to discover the fabulous wealth of fascinating places, people, and stories right out their own back door!

I have written book annotations with special care to encourage you to read and then get out and experience more of Peachtree City, Atlanta and its environs, and Georgia in ways that bring family learning and fun to life in a special way.
